Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

Please note that processing times may be slightly extended during peak seasons, promotions, or holidays.


Shipping Time

Our standard shipping typically takes 7–15 business days after your order has been processed. Shipping times may vary depending on your location and carrier delays beyond our control (e.g., customs, weather conditions, or logistical disruptions).


Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear in the system.


Order Changes & Address Accuracy

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before completing your purchase. We cannot guarantee changes once your order has been processed. Orders returned due to incorrect addresses will require an additional shipping fee to be resent.


Lost or Delayed Packages

While we strive for timely delivery, delays may occur due to customs or carrier issues. If your package is significantly delayed or lost, please contact us at Admin@hypesinventory.com and we’ll help resolve it promptly.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

All applicable customs fees, taxes, and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs.

Orders shipped to the European Union may be subject to import VAT and customs duties upon delivery. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the order total or shipping fees.
